Wow. How did you capture the light inside the jellyfish? What settings did you use? This MUST be an underwater shot...but I'd love to see the specs...

it seems a shame to shatter these illusions, but you asked for it!
unfortunately this wasn't an underwater shot - it was taken at an amazing aquarium. the lighting in the jellyfish tanks was superb - and I didn't even need to photoshop it at all ;)
I used a f/2.5 aperture at 1/50sec, and a luckily steady hand on my Canon G3 point and click (sadly a few days before I got my 20d).
the wispy jellyfish just emanated light - it was wonderful, and I simply happened to be there with my camera!
