picture this: it's the last day of your fantastic activity holiday in turkey. today's activity: paragliding (it was cancelled yesterday due to rain)
no sign of rain today. the sun is shining, it's warm; a very pleasant 25 degrees celsius this morning, and we're all going up a mountain to throw ourselves off the edge.
we get there, get kitted out, and wait for the wind to lift our wings. and we wait. and we wait.
and we wait.
nothing, not even a gentle breeze.
then we can't wait anymore (another type of flight to catch) so we all have to leave, desperately disappointed, and trundle away to the airport to come home to the dreary drizzle.
and just one thought haunts me - think of the pictures I could've got... :/

Fabulous colours (again). As for paragliding....you go first cos I'm chicken!
